What information we collect
When you send a booking request through our contact form, we collect only the details you enter:
- Your name
- Your mobile number
- Your email address, if you choose to give it
- Who the appointment is for (yourself, your child or another family member)
- The service you are interested in and your preferred day, if you choose them
- A short message, if you include one
- Your consent to be contacted
We ask you not to include health details in the message field. The form is not an emergency service.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to contact you about your request, confirm an appointment, and keep a record of your booking request. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests for as long as needed to arrange and follow up on your appointment, and afterwards only as long as the law or our record-keeping obligations require. You may ask us to delete your request at any time.
Who can see it
Only authorized Recreo staff can view booking requests. The information is stored with our secure database provider and protected by access controls. We share it with others only when you ask us to, or when the law requires.

- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
